Savvy Investor Networking (SIN) is a brand new Tampa REIA Networking Subgroup that meets for the very first time on Wednesday, September 13th (2nd Wednesday) from 6:30PM to 9:30PM at Del Frisco’s Grille located at 4138 W Boy Scout Blvd in Tampa (Westshore) near the airport. SIN is hosted by Dustin Griffin, David Minor, Denise Brown and Tangie Cousins.
Not only will this be our first Savvy Investor Networking event, but it will also be our first post hurricane investor happy hour networking get together.
Many of you have been cooped up at home or out of town for days and are probably getting a little stir crazy. Let’s get together!
We know you are working hard trying to get life back to normal, so why not get together with some of your fellow real estate investors and share hurricane stories over drinks, network, brainstorm, and get back to doing what we do best… solving problems and making deals happen?!?!
The entire purpose of Savvy Investor Networking is to bring that Beach REIA vibe to the Tampa Bay Real Estate Investing Community together in a fun, festive environment where we can network, discuss real estate opportunities, share resources, brainstorm ideas, ask questions, get answers and figure out additional ways to support one another, our community and all make more money.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: The hurricane has passed and many of us are eager to get our lives and businesses back to normal. If you are ready, we are too!
Our Tampa REIA Meeting is still ON for Thursday, September the 14th at 6PM. However, the venue has changed since the Double Tree Suites Tampa Bay is closed until Friday due to Hurricane Irma.
The SPECIAL LOCATION for the September Meeting is at David Minor’s Vesado Office located at 2203 N Lois Ave, 12th Floor, Suite 1210, Tampa, FL 33607. There is plenty of parking in the garage or around the building.
We will also be broadcasting the meeting on Facebook Live Tampa REIA Facebook Page at 6:30PM. See more information below.
The agenda for this meeting has changed slightly too due to the hurricane… Don DeRosa will still be our guest speaker and will be talking about due diligence, but he will also be joined by David Minor.

Our Savvy Investor Networking (SIN) Meeting is still on for next Wednesday, September 13th as is our Tampa REIA Meeting on Thursday, September 14th with Don DeRosa.
We’re just gonna keep our fingers crossed and wait and see what happens with Irma before cancelling or rescheduling these meetings.
