Ryan Groff is currently the broker and general manager of New Western Acquisitions Tampa location. Ryan started his career in investment real estate shortly after the crash in his hometown of Dallas/ Fort Worth Texas. During his time in Texas he was involved in personally acquiring over 200 single family homes for local investors. In 2015 New Western Acquisitions and Ryan, brought their business to Florida and more specifically the Tampa Bay area. Ryan and his team are now providing Tampa bay area investors with 30-40 single family investment properties every month.
