What’s Happening at Tampa REIA – June 12, 2026

Tuesday, June 16th at 1PM: The Onsite Renovation Group meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at a different job site with your host, James Miera. We are meeting at 2001 E Powhatan Ave, Tampa, FL 33610, a project being managed by Carolyn Otis.

James says “This month’s Onsite project features a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1705 square feet home, originally built in 1952 and is 100% complete and just hit the market.

We will share a whole bunch of learning variables that you won’t want to miss to get this rehab to what it is NOW. Come join us and let’s learn together as we meet up to discuss this project!
