Please join us on Tuesday, May 15th at 1:00PM for the Tampa REIA Onsite Renovation Group (ORG) to learn all about finding, funding, fixing, and flipping houses for big profits. This month’s meeting will be held at 1015 East 24th Ave, Tampa, FL.
This will be a great Onsite case study house in Tampa’s historical Ybor Heights district! This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 1464 square feet block home built in 1947 that’s taking on a whole new personality!
The house is being renovated by TJ Hines of American Home Buyers Group and is about 40% complete. We look forward to seeing everyone for this unique real time case study! See you there on Tuesday, May 15th at 1PM.
The purpose of the group is to allow both new and experienced rehabbers and investors to meet, network, share knowledge and learn from each other’s successes and mistakes while getting “hands on” experience at real rehab properties.
The Onsite Renovation Group meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 1Pm, at an active renovation site, build site or rental property which will vary from month to month and be announced prior to the meeting on the TampaREIA.com/Calendar.
