Monday, March 28th @ 7PM (NEW ONLINE WEBINAR) Short-Term Rental Investors Group (STRONG) meets on the 4th Monday of each month at 7PM on Zoom Webinar.
This month’s speaker will be Rich Munroe, who will be talking about the city of Atlanta shutting down short-term rental hosts as of April 1st. Yes, the city of Atlanta is shutting down current and future short-term rental hosts that do not reside in Atlanta, along with any hosts with 2 or more listings.
There are currently more than 9,000 short-term rental listings in Atlanta with only 79 approved licenses and only 320 applications submitted as of yet.
