Sunday runs from 9 AM to 3 PM and we go into the field to analyze real properties together.

We cover:

Day two is where things become real.

We leave the classroom and go into the field at a location to be determined..

We visit several real houses.

We walk the properties together.

We estimate repairs.

We discuss renovation plans.

We run the numbers.

You see exactly how investors decide whether a deal works or not.

This part changes everything because you see the process happen in real life.

You will be looking at real houses, using real numbers, and seeing how real offers are structured.

By the end of the weekend you understand how to find deals, evaluate renovations, control costs, and structure profitable flips.

You also leave with systems, worksheets, and practical strategies you start using immediately.
