You may have noticed that no matter where you go, no matter what newspaper or news source you use, all you hear about today is how more and more people are being sued and are being awarded huge sums of money from jury’s of their peers because some ridiculous thing happened that upset or hurt them.

Have you also noticed all of the court shows on television today are all sending a clear message that if someone makes you unhappy, sue them! They encourage undeserving people to take away from a person that made you unhappy, someone who worked hard to acquire a better lifestyle so they can have a better and more prosperous lifestyle without working for what they get.

Suing people has become the new income generating tool many lazy and impatient people are using today to create their wealth instead of working for the money like you and I do.

The old saying… “don’t wait to buy real estate, buy real estate and wait” is a wise statement. But owning real estate in your own name is not a wise thing to do and can be devastating and a potential problem for you and your family if not done correctly.

If you don’t already have the real estate you own in separate Land Trusts, or if you are planning to buy real estate, the Land Trust is the tool you need. The time to protect the real estate assets you have is NOW!
