Savvy Investor Networking (SIN) is a brand new Tampa REIA Networking Subgroup that meets on Wednesday, April 11th (2nd Wednesday) from 6:30PM to 9:30PM at Del Frisco’s Grille located at 4138 W Boy Scout Blvd in Tampa (Westshore) near the airport. SIN is hosted by Dustin Griffin, David Minor, Denise Brown and Tangie Cousins.

This was a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a 2 car garage before it was transformed into a pile of ash and rubble by fire. Now Nick and Connie Nichols are transforming it into a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with a 2 car garage once more!

This will be the first time we’ve ever used a fire damaged home as a case study. So come and join us to learn what potential problems and opportunities await when dealing with a fire damaged home such as this. We look forward to seeing you there at 1PM on April 17th!

The Tampa REIA Onsite Renovation Group is an exciting educational and networking group that focuses on the acquisition, renovation and retail resale (fix & flip) or rental (buy & hold) of single or multi family residential homes in the Tampa Bay Area.

The purpose of the group is to allow both new and experienced rehabbers and investors to meet, network, share knowledge and learn from each others successes and mistakes while getting “hands on” experience at real rehab properties.

The Onsite Renovation Group meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 1:00PM at an active renovation site, build site or rental property which will vary from month to month and be announced prior to the meeting on the Tampa REIA Calendar.
