Jason Roberts and Rachel Schneider
Posted on July 30, 2020 byJason Roberts and Rachel Schneider have always been fascinated by the world of real estate. In 2001, while still in their early 20’s, Jason and Rachel decided that instead of working for someone else, they would rather be in charge of their own destiny and opened a mortgage company. They eventually built that business into a multi-million dollar company, where they closed over 3000 real estate transactions. Then the market crashed and they had to find a new way to use their real estate talents. That is when they went into real estate investing and started down a new path. Implementing the real estate strategies they have honed over time they have since closed well north of 300+ real estate transactions (pre-foreclosures/short sales, wholesales, probates, etc).
Having seen pretty much everything, they decided to funnel that expertise into their true passion; sharing their knowledge with other investors. They now run a top coaching program with the nation’s leading investors, own a profitable hard money lending company, with over 2 million dollars in loans out to their coaching students at any given time, share their wealth of knowledge as co-owners of their local REIA all the while continuing to flip houses.

Brian Lauchner
Posted on May 7, 2020 byBrian purchased his first piece of real estate in 2008. Making the leap out of the financial software industry, he jumped full time into real estate as a wholesaler and rehabber.
Gaining traction as a wholesaler, Brian expanded into other strategies including land trades, private lending, rentals, and buying/selling on terms through owner finance. He’s seen first-hand how becoming a deal architect is required to get deals done at today’s seller’s “kitchen table”.
Brian also realized the reality of wealth building using real estate secured assets which inspired him to dream of connecting people and educating others so they too can build wealth using real estate. Brian has been teaching and consulting investors since 2017 and is very excited to bring his passion and experience to the NoteSchool team.
Brian is a family man first, he’s married to his high school sweet-heart Chelsea, and has two amazing kids that drive him to be a change-agent in the world.

Vicky Schettini
Posted on August 3, 2019 byFour years ago, I was homeless. Now, I’m building homes for other people.
In 2012, I found myself working from paycheck-to-paycheck with ONLY $25 a month to spare. As a single mom, I wanted financial security for my child and I. I set out to make the right connections. I learned how flip homes in California. Although I had early success, legal expenses from the divorce were extracting all the profits. Undeterred, I was determined to build wealth and my legacy for my family. In 2074, my daughter graduated high school and started her new chapter going to LSUA. I was now one of the many women who have the empty-nest syndrome. I took a leap of faith and relocated to Jackson, MS to be closer to my only daughter. After several setbacks that left me homeless, I was finally able to close my first home with only $500 left to my name.
In 2018, I founded WIT (Whatever It Takes) Property Finders. I was already on track to accomplish my financial freedom building my wealth and legacy. From those humble beginnings, I stayed focused
and driven. I own and owned several multi-family complexes, over 700 SFRs (Single Family Residences), retail and commercial buildings. In the last four years, I have executed over 7,000 traditional and non-traditional transactions ranging from flips, buy and holds, notes, wraps, partials, and wholesales of single-family residences, multi-family, storage units, mobile home parks, retail and commercial buildings all combine totaling over $72 million in real estate.
Currently, I am the author of “Investing Real Estate Secrets,” set to launch in August of 2019. My most recent accomplishment, I have completed my offer, “Wealth and Empowerment – Real Estate for Financial Freedom” product. My goal is to use my product and all of the knowledge I’ve gained over the last few years to help at least one million people. Once again, I am in full speed, determined to make a difference in other peoples lives.
Randy Hughes
Posted on June 4, 2019 byRandy Hughes, aka Mr. Land Trust, started life out on the wrong side of the railroad tracks. His father was an alcoholic and his mother was left to raise four children on a clerk’s wages. None of his relatives owned their own business … everyone worked for wages.
His father charged the weekly groceries so that the family would have food on the table. There was no stable income for any future education much less the current needs of the family.
No intellectual or financial direction was taught in his schools or church. No blood relative had anything to offer other than “working for the man” at an hourly wage. Bank savings and financial security was what only the rich had. He was doomed for financial failure and unhappiness for the rest of his life.
Randy knew that there MUST be a better way to live. He decided to break the cycle of poverty in his family genes. Education came first. Randy graduated from Eastern Illinois University and began buying single family homes for rental while in college. After college, the Randy tried many different types of businesses, but always came back to the Single Family Home as the IDEAL investment. Since purchasing his first rental house in 1969, Randy hasn’t looked back! Read More→

David Tilney
Posted on February 27, 2017 byDavid Tilney began investing in real estate in 1978. He began managing properties when he couldn’t find a competent company to manage his own rental portfolio. Over the years, David has invested in rentals, notes, foreclosures, tax sales, IRS liens and leasehold interests. David has become the “go to” guy for management of single-family homes and loves being a landlord. He looks forward to hearing from his tenants, but often feels like the repairman in the old Maytag appliance commercial who rarely gets a call.
David and Mary, his wife of 43 years, reside in Naples FL and spend summers in Colorado Springs. They manage their portfolio of rental houses from wherever they are without employees. Their three daughters and their husbands (who have blessed them with 8 grandchildren) have also invested in rental property. David believes that owning rentals is not a get rich quick scheme, but an investment that can sustain you when you choose to retire or can no longer work and continue to provide for your heirs when you have passed on.
