The Meeting Before the Meeting

There are three basic reasons businesses fail, Management, marketing and money. During this month’s meeting I will be showing you how to find all the money you need from people sitting right next to you when you did didn’t even know it.
During this meeting, I’m going to show you that four out of every 10 people you meet have the potential to be your private lender even though you don’t even realize it.
I will discuss the “Do’s and Don’ts” of borrowing money from private individuals. Often times you hear people say “you don’t need money to buy real estate” and although this is true, the reality is that it is so much easier with money.
So, if you’re interested in finding out how you can find all the private lenders you can get your hands on, then be sure to attend this session. Here’s just a few of the things that I will discuss…
- How to create an elevator speech
- What to say and what not to say to Potential private lenders
- How to structure of them
- How to find them with a few simple questions
These are just a few of the questions I will be answering, so please come out and join me at 5PM if you want to learn how to get private individuals to lend you money to fund your deals.

Dustin covers what’s happening at Tampa REIA in the upcoming weeks and months such as upcoming workshops, webcasts, special events, members benefits and much more! Be sure to be in the main meeting room at 6:15 PM for your chance to be one of the first to receive a printed copy of The Profit Newsletter while supplies last.
At approximately 6:30 PM, we will be having the Haves & Wants Speed Marketing Session which gives our members the opportunity to quickly market deals they HAVE and to find deals they WANT. We also give our business members the opportunity to get up and say a few words about their businesses. Members who want to participate in the Haves & Wants Marketing Session must bring your flyers and get to the meeting early to get on our list of participants.
