Savvy Investor Networking (SIN) is a brand new Tampa REIA Networking Subgroup that meets on Wednesday, March 14th (2nd Wednesday) from 6:30PM to 9:30PM at Del Frisco’s Grille located at 4138 W Boy Scout Blvd in Tampa (Westshore) near the airport. SIN is hosted by Dustin Griffin, David Minor, Denise Brown and Tangie Cousins.
The entire purpose of Savvy Investor Networking is to bring that Beach REIA vibe to the Tampa Bay Real Estate Investing Community together in a fun, festive environment where we can network, discuss real estate opportunities, share resources, brainstorm ideas, ask questions, get answers and figure out additional ways to support one another, our community and all make more money.

Beach REIA meets every 3rd Thursday at 6:30PM at Hooters located at 192 W Boardwalk Pl in Madeira Beach, FL Hosted by Courtney Potter, Mark Lepzinski and Rex Gaugh. Come join your fellow real estate investors in a fun networking atmosphere at Beach REIA (Formerly the “Real Estate Investors Happy Hour”) held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:30PM. The Real Estate Shark Tank comes to attack the Beginning Investors Group (BIG) on Thursday, March 29th, 2018 at 6 PM at the Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore located at 2225 N Lois Ave in Tampa.
If you need to sell a deal or learn how to sell deals, this is the meeting you don’t want to miss!
WHOLESALERS, bring your deals and pitch them to a group of people ready to write checks on the spot for your deals!
INVESTORS, if you’re looking for a deal to buy, bring your check books. We will have plenty of deals, agreements and blue ink pens to write up contracts.
