A common saying in our industry is that “You make your money when you buy, you get paid when you sell.” To make your money when you buy, means you have to buy right. Well, during this month’s Tampa REIA Meeting, Lawrence is going to show us how he evaluates his potential deals.

Lawrence says… “as a local investor right here in Tampa, I see a ton of deals that come across my desk from wholesalers and time and time again, I wonder why would they think this is an actual deal? What I wanted to do is break down the extremely effective way that we evaluate deals here at Ethical Home Buyers. We’ve purchased over 400+ properties over the past 15 years and one of the few constants in my office is how we evaluate the deals. Let’s face it, if it’s not broke, why fix it? Not only do we purchase a lot of homes, we are able to evaluate them quickly and efficiently. In my presentation, a few things that I will be teaching you is…

Learn How to Make Multiple Offers on Every Deal You Come Across!

David MinorJoin David Minor this month at the High Tech Home Buying Creative Deal Structuring Subgroup (AKA the “Meeting Before the Meeting”) as he discusses how to multiple offers to every seller you talk to. David is going to show you how to take any potential deal and make up to 3 offers on every house.

Making multiple offers increases your chances of getting a contract ten fold. He will show you ow to make an all cash offer and several owner financed offers on every deal will allow you to offer the seller more money than simply offering one, low, all cash offer.

If you’ve got deals you’re working on, bring them and David will help you figure out a few offers so you can make some money!
