When it comes to real estate investing, it’s all about knowing your numbers. If you’re off on your numbers, you may barely break even on a deal or even worse… lose big time! YOU MUST KNOW YOUR NUMBERS!
So when it comes to knowing your numbers…
- Do you know how to really determine if you are buying a good deal or not?
- How do you know if you’re paying too much?
- How do you know how much profit you’re going to make?
- Do you know how to do all your due diligence before you buy and what to look for?
- Do you know how to accurately determine the AS-IS value of an ugly house?
- Do you know After Repair Value (ARV) of a property for a buy and hold vs a fix and flip?

Please join us on Tuesday, May 15th at 1:00PM for the Tampa REIA Onsite Renovation Group (ORG) to learn all about finding, funding, fixing, and flipping houses for big profits. This month’s meeting will be held at 1015 East 24th Ave, Tampa, FL.
This will be a great Onsite case study house in Tampa’s historical Ybor Heights district! This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 1464 square feet block home built in 1947 that’s taking on a whole new personality!
The house is being renovated by TJ Hines of American Home Buyers Group and is about 40% complete. We look forward to seeing everyone for this unique real time case study! See you there on Tuesday, May 15th at 1PM.
