My name is Vicky Schettini. I am a single mom and in 2014 I was suffering from the empty nest syndrome. Living from paycheck to paycheck with only $25.00 to spare, I decided to build my Legacy and Wealth. I was ready to start investing in buy and hold properties. Desperately wanting and needing the security of passive income, I decided to move across country from California to Jackson, MS to be closer to my only daughter.
Things didn’t go as planned and I ended up homeless in a new town where I didn’t know a single person. I was on a mission to build my wealth and decided to do whatever it takes to succeed. I quickly started networking with anyone and everyone possible. I was laughed at and hung up on many times but failure was not an option, so I pushed on.

I was finally able to move into my new home and I only had $500 to my name. I taught myself how to rehab the property and put back on the market and had it rented within 4 hours! I have been creative in acquiring more properties and duplicating what I had done ever since.
In just short 4 years, I have exceeded my own goals. I own over 100 single family properties, 4 apartment complexes plus I am still to this day an active investor with a full team helping me. My portfolio continues to grow monthly. In the beginning, I didn’t have any money or credit, but that didn’t stop me from achieving my goals and dreams.
Today, my mission now is to help 1 million people just like me reach financial independence. I want to teach you what I did and how you can duplicate my system of success.

Posted on August 3, 2019 byFour years ago, I was homeless. Now, I’m building homes for other people.
In 2012, I found myself working from paycheck-to-paycheck with ONLY $25 a month to spare. As a single mom, I wanted financial security for my child and I. I set out to make the right connections. I learned how flip homes in California. Although I had early success, legal expenses from the divorce were extracting all the profits. Undeterred, I was determined to build wealth and my legacy for my family. In 2074, my daughter graduated high school and started her new chapter going to LSUA. I was now one of the many women who have the empty-nest syndrome. I took a leap of faith and relocated to Jackson, MS to be closer to my only daughter. After several setbacks that left me homeless, I was finally able to close my first home with only $500 left to my name.
In 2018, I founded WIT (Whatever It Takes) Property Finders. I was already on track to accomplish my financial freedom building my wealth and legacy. From those humble beginnings, I stayed focused
and driven. I own and owned several multi-family complexes, over 700 SFRs (Single Family Residences), retail and commercial buildings. In the last four years, I have executed over 7,000 traditional and non-traditional transactions ranging from flips, buy and holds, notes, wraps, partials, and wholesales of single-family residences, multi-family, storage units, mobile home parks, retail and commercial buildings all combine totaling over $72 million in real estate.
Currently, I am the author of “Investing Real Estate Secrets,” set to launch in August of 2019. My most recent accomplishment, I have completed my offer, “Wealth and Empowerment – Real Estate for Financial Freedom” product. My goal is to use my product and all of the knowledge I’ve gained over the last few years to help at least one million people. There are three basic reasons businesses fail, Management, marketing and money. During this month’s meeting I will be showing you how to find all the money you need from people sitting right next to you when you did didn’t even know it.
During this meeting, I’m going to show you that four out of every 10 people you meet have the potential to be your private lender even though you don’t even realize it.
I will discuss the “Do’s and Don’ts” of borrowing money from private individuals. Often times you hear people say “you don’t need money to buy real estate” and although this is true, the reality is that it is so much easier with money.

Posted on June 4, 2019 byRandy Hughes, aka Mr. Land Trust, started life out on the wrong side of the railroad tracks. His father was an alcoholic and his mother was left to raise four children on a clerk’s wages. None of his relatives owned their own business … everyone worked for wages.
His father charged the weekly groceries so that the family would have food on the table. There was no stable income for any future education much less the current needs of the family.
No intellectual or financial direction was taught in his schools or church. No blood relative had anything to offer other than “working for the man” at an hourly wage. Bank savings and financial security was what only the rich had. He was doomed for financial failure and unhappiness for the rest of his life.
Randy knew that there MUST be a better way to live. He decided to break the cycle of poverty in his family genes. Education came first. Randy graduated from Eastern Illinois University and began buying single family homes for rental while in college. After college, the Randy tried many different types of businesses, but always came back to the Single Family Home as the IDEAL investment. When I first started almost 22 years ago, I thought I wanted to be a wholesaler and flip contracts because I thought I needed a bunch of cash to buy and hold, or buy and rehab houses. I was like everyone else starting out in this business. I didn’t have lots of money, so I thought wholesaling was the easy way to go.
Boy was I wrong. Fortunately for me I was introduced to a buying technique called “Subject-To” by a friend. This is a technique where the Seller deeds the property over to you (you own it) but leaves the loan in place and you simply continue to make the existing payments (you don’t have to go to the bank and qualify).
Well I must say this technique changed my life. Within the first 30 days of learning the Subject-To technique I bought 4 houses for one dollar each (yes, you read that correctly) and I have been buying them that way ever since.
I no longer have to sell the “Golden Goose” to make lots of money. Today I am working furiously at buying properties “Subject-To” using the existing financing on the seller’s home instead of having to go to a bank or a hard money lender for funding. This allows me to buy multiple properties fast, without coming up with all the purchase funds on the front end.
Subject-To is the perfect strategy to use in today’s market where easy funding is not readily available for investors to buy pretty houses. Buying houses “Subject-To” the existing finances is by far the most powerful technique is real estate today. You can control and own an enormous amount of real estate with very little money. Understanding how to get sellers to finance your deals is the ultimate investment strategy.
