David Lindahl

With more than 18 years of experience in Real Estate Investing, David Lindahl has rehabbed over 820 houses, and currently controls over 7,400 apartment units. Starting out as a struggling landscaper with no experience in construction, Dave accepted an opportunity to renovate a foreclosed house for a local bank during the wintertime when there was no landscaping to do in Boston.
The job was completed mostly with the advice of relatives and friends who knew how to do the work. After completing the first house, he did another and then (after getting over his initial fears) began to buy and hold small apartment buildings for himself.
To get the money for down payments (he originally used credit cards until they ran out!), Dave would rehab single-family houses to “flip” for chunks of money, so he could buy more apartment buildings.
Within the first 14 months, Dave’s apartment buildings created a positive cash flow of more than $10,300 a month for him and his family and within three and one half years Dave became a multi-millionaire. Read More→

Jack Shea
Posted on September 25, 2013 byJack Shea moved to Florida in 1978, and began investing in real estate. He is a licensed Realtor and Mortgage Broker. He has done syndications and mobile home development. He also has bought and sold mortgages and notes on real and personal property. Jack Shea has concentrated on buying and selling options on real estate, and has been an investor in single-family and mobile homes. Jack operates a 1031 exchange facilitator business with his wife, Merle, and his son Daniel.
He has taught classes to investors nationwide on lease-purchase contracts, note buying, Land Trusts, exchanges and IRA investing. Jack has developed several unique strategies in options, trusts, exchanges and IRA investing. He, along with Jack Miller and a few other investors pioneered the technique of gaining personal control of IRA funds. This required working with several IRA custodians to develop the trust documents necessary to accomplish this. These documents needed to meet the requirements of the custodians and be compliant with the IRS regulations. As a result, every IRA owner is now able to move their funds from the custodian to their corner bank and have checkbook control of the funds.

Duncan also wanted us to advise you on some upcoming changes to the Online Lead Finder Software as he continues to add more and more features. In the next, 30 – 45 days, Duncan will be raising the price of the software from $497 to $697. By the end of the year he will raise the price to $997 as he continues to add even more powerful and profitable features. He will also soon be charging an annual maintenance fee for ongoing upgrades upon the completion of Version 3.0.

Dustin Griffin is going to teach you many of the 800 Pound Guerilla Marketing Strategies and Techniques he and other successful investors use to generate all the buyer and seller leads they can handle on a low budget and how you can too.
He is going to teach you how you can totally dominate your local competition with little effort and a relatively low budget using new and traditional marketing techniques, a little creativity and the power of the Internet.
Be sure to bring a pen and paper to take lots of notes as well as at least 5 to 10 examples of what you are currently doing to market your business to share with the class. The more examples we have to share, the better!
