Savvy Investor Networking (SIN) is a brand new Tampa REIA Networking Subgroup that meets for the very first time on Wednesday, November 8th (2nd Wednesday) from 6:30PM to 9:30PM at Del Frisco’s Grille located at 4138 W Boy Scout Blvd in Tampa (Westshore) near the airport. SIN is hosted by Dustin Griffin, David Minor, Denise Brown and Tangie Cousins.
Not only will this be our first Savvy Investor Networking event, but it will also be our first post hurricane investor happy hour networking get together.
Many of you have been cooped up at home or out of town for days and are probably getting a little stir crazy. Let’s get together!

Yes, You Can Short Sale a Reverse Mortgage!

However, recently I have received two seller leads who have reverse mortgages that had asked for assistance in selling their homes. A Reverse Mortgage is different from a regular mortgage that a homeowner would receive.
A Reverse Mortgage is normally used by elderly individuals who owned their home free and clear that don’t want to have a monthly mortgage payment, want their equity out of the home and want to continue living in their home until their death.
